As President of Aspen Financial Management, Inc., Alan takes a comprehensive approach to wealth management. He sees his role as helping people make well-informed decisions about their investments and financial planning - providing them with greater financial independence, peace of mind, and security.

With more than 10 years experience in the financial services industry, Alan began his career in corporate accounting at New York Life's health insurance division NYLCare. Once achieving a good knowledge of internal corporate finances, Alan moved on into financial planning and brokerage services with American Express Financial Advisors.

Having achieved his goal of financial knowledge from the large corporate financial institutions Alan then moved on to accomplish his personal goal of founding and leading a firm that would be consistent with the values and ethics of an elite private wealth advisory firm. Thus in 2000, Alan founded Aspen Financial Management, Inc. as a registered investment advisory firm.

Alan graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor's degree in Finance. He is currently the President of the Angel Fire Rotary Club and member of the The University of Texas at Arlington alumni association.

When he is not working, Alan enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and two beautiful children. Personal interests include geographical reading, travel, economic and world history, most major sports, outdoor activities, and working around the home.
